"nestled in the industrial area, the retail shop looks more like an office with a simple freezer fridge of few items on display. The reception is friendly, warm and welcoming even to my walk-in of small purchases of a couple tubs of green tea and black sesame ice creams to take home to eat. The ice creams were so fresh, creamy and flavourful! There are so many exciting flavours and old favourites, leaving multiple future visits a mandatory as not all flavours are stocked in the grocery store I visit. Perhaps not all flavours will be on offer at the time of visit but that adds to the excitement and anticipation."

"I've ordered from the Ice Cream Factory multiple times before and the cake never fails to disappoint. The marble crunch (standard) flavour is amazing, the custom image printed out perfectly and looked really nice with the extra sprinkles around the lettering. A lot of guests asked where the cake was from. All the adults at the kids party had a piece which they don't always for usual cake. Some kids came back for seconds. We love Ice Cream Factory cakes!"
